WFMU marathon, adventure time
some more concept art I drew for Adventure Time was posted on the Frederator blog!
Also, I posted a bit about this before, but WFMU is currently in the middle of its 2012 Marathon. Please consider pledging to keep the station going! If you haven’t listened to WFMU before, you could spend hours getting lost through the show archives they keep online. The station has a lot of connections to comics, too – Michael Kupperman was a recent guest on the Best Show on WFMU, and Benjamen Walker’s interview with Chester Brown last year was pretty fantastic. Brian Chippendale designed an exclusive shirt for pledgers this year, too.
I drew a shirt for this year’s Night People premium. Night People is one of my favorite shows on the station, and has meant a lot to me over the past few years. It used to be on the overnight schedule and run from 2-6 am on Thursday mornings. I would come home from 12-hour dishwashing shifts and try to crank out as many panels for Lose #1 as I could before passing out. Listening to that show through some of those stretches kept me from going nuts.
“Exams” – 8 page web-comic
This week’s Ant Comic installment is going to be a bit late – I might not finish it until closer to midnight, or some time tomorrow. Sorry about that, everybody – I feel like the strip is too young for me to be blowing deadlines already.
To make up for it, here is an 8-page web comic I drew for the Studygroup website called “Exams.” The comic is NSFW – I mean, a lot of these blog entries are probably “not safe for work,” but there are pages in this one that are a bit dirtier than other things I’ve posted here.

Rescue Pet pt 3 on What Things Do
Kid Mafia 1 and Thickness 2 got on Rob Clough’s Top 30 Minicomics of 2011 list!
Since I’ve been getting some e-mails about it, I thought I’d apologize for not having Open Country or Kid Mafia for sale online yet. Some retailers and online distros have very generously offered to stock them for me, and I’ve totally dropped the ball on collating/stapling/mailing out the rest of the run. I haven’t been able to make the time yet. I am a very disorganized person in general, and 2012 has been busier than I anticipated! Sorry to everyone who’s been asking about them.
Incinerator, Rescue Pet

Drew this T-shirt design for the show’s premium for people who pledge to the WFMU marathon this year!
I love both WFMU and this show to death, so please consider donating.
