Things I'm doing in September

Here’s a post about the things I’m doing this month. 

SPX is this weekend. I’ll be tabling with Koyama Press and launching Lose #4 and Kid Mafia #3 there. I’ll also be bringing small amounts of some of the other zines and mini comics I’ve made this summer.

On Sunday at 3pm, I’ll be speaking at a panel with Katie Skelly, Theo Ellsworth and Hellen Jo, moderated by Jim Rugg. It’s called “Drawing Energy.” I’m not 100 percent sure what it’s about or what that means.

On September 20th, I’ll be participating in Ethan Rilly’s launch for Pope Hats #3 at the Central from 7 to 9 pm. We’ll both be reading some short comics and then we’re going to have a conversation about “process” or whatever.

I won’t actually be tabling at the NY Art Book Fair at the end of this month, but I will be in attendance. I’m working one or two new Loose zines for it – I will probably nicely ask one of my friends if they’ll stock copies at their table. So there’s that, too.
